Soulful Blues / Rock / Pop Singer / Songwriter JENNY TEATOR has released the official music video for her latest single, “Surrender.” Originally premiered on Tru Rock Revival, “Surrender” was directed by Jim Foster.
Surrender is about lust and curiosity. It talks about the primal want you get when someone comes into your life and they leave you wanting MORE. It’s more than just “I’m attracted to you”. It was this powerful gut feeling that took over my body, creating thoughts of what it could be like with this person. I think we are quick to disregard those moments and immediately feel “dirty” or “wrong” for thinking those thoughts. I’m saying, embrace it. We are only human. The possibilities are endless y’all. – Jenny Teator
Jenny Teator is a St. Louis native who’s made her move to Nashville sharing her soul through her guitar and vocals. Performing for over a decade, Teator’s music shows her strength and confidence both in solo shows, collaborations, or when she performed with her long-term group Jenny Teator and the Fevers – a sexy blues/rock band that rocked Columbia, Missouri for years. Inspired by singers Grace Potter and Susan Tedeschi, Teator has a very straight forward lyrical style and the music follows the feelings of those words verbatim.
If she’s not performing at a show that night, you’ll probably find her enjoying herself at a local venue with a beer in her hand – she knows what it takes to get up on stage and she’s learning from the best around in Music City. Teator is always up for a good collaboration with good chemistry and is anything but a diva; her humble-yet-confident nature gives her a charm you’ll have a hard time finding anywhere else. Do yourself a favor, find her social media pages and make sure to catch her next show, your soul will thank you after the show.
Athens, GA based alternative rock band LULLWATER has released the official music video for their single “Empty Chamber.” Originally premiered on Consequence Of Sound, “Empty Chamber” is off of the band’s upcoming LP, Voodoo, set to release 2/22/2019.
“We all have experienced and been in a moment of excruciating emotional pain and ‘Empty Chamber’ was written during one of those moments. The song has an upbeat tempo and happy melodic vibe but the lyrics are depressing and filled with anxiety. Sometimes everything in life can be going great but you still struggle with emotional pain and confusion. I feel ‘Empty Chamber’ embodies that emotion.” – John Strickland

For more than a decade, alt rockers Lullwater have been blazing their way to the top of the industry thanks to their gritty, Southern-infused sound and straight-up, raw performances.
Formed in 2007 in Athens, GA, the foursome was born from the indelible mark that the godfathers of grunge left on music. The convergence of this inspiration, mixed with a healthy helping of swagger, defines this critically acclaimed alternative rock band.
The group released its debut, self-titled album in 2012 to solid reviews and were immediately invited to join some of the biggest tours that same year, as well as had the single “Albatross” featured on Sirius XM Octane Radio. Since that time, Lullwater has spent the majority of their career on the road sharing the stage with such A-list acts as Candlebox, Theory of a Deadman, Flyleaf, Passafire, Amaranthe, Butcher Babies, and more. The band released their critically acclaimed sophomore album, Revival, in 2015, followed by a live EP, The Seattle Sessions, in 2017.
Voodoo, their latest effort and arguably their best work to date, was recorded at the end of 2017 in New Orleans at Marigny Studios by Swedish producer and engineer Jakob Herrmann, co-produced/engineered by Justin Davis, and mixed by Jakob Herrmann at top floor studios, is scheduled for a Winter 2018 release; this record promises an even bigger, more explosive sound that will shake you to your core.

Chicago based Progressive Thrash Metal Band AFTERMATH has released the Official Music Video for their song “DIETHANASIA.” Originally premiered on Metal Injection, “DIETHANASIA” is the third single off of their upcoming LP, There is Something Wrong, due out 2/15/2019 digitally via Zoid Entertainment, INGrooves, and TLG, and CD release in March, and European CD / Vinyl also in March on Sleaszy Rider Records.
“‘Diethanasia’ is the embodiment of the fury and fire that so powerfully defines Aftermath. In a darkened room with minimalist spotlights cast upon each member thrashing in a foggy soundstage, the quick cuts, muscular riffs, and furrowed brows by director Davo create an unrelenting visual experience, perfectly complimenting the frenetic energy of Aftermath.” – Metal Injection
One of the original crossover bands of the 1980s – A crossover band that transformed into one of the most technical Thrash Metal bands of their time.
New York based, Symphonic Rock Band HUNT FOR HUNTER has released the official music for their single, “Let it Out.” Originally premiered on Tattoo.com was filmed and directed by ENGNRM.
“Let It Out has always been our most popular song, I think because it best represents the things that make us a unique band: complex arrangements, cool violin parts, high energy and honest lyrics. We wanted a video that would showcase the song while giving people who don’t know us an idea of what we’re like live, so we went with a simple performance video, using lighting tricks in post to emphasize the lyrical message and structure of the song. We were fortunate enough to work with some immensely talented people in the studio and behind the camera, and they really helped us bring this project to life.” – Hunt For Hunter
Hunt for Hunter is a 4-piece symphonic rock band based in New York City. “Symphonic rock” may sound like an ambitious genre to claim, but this is a band that was explicitly formed with the intention of creating music without limits or boundaries. Originally conceived in 2014 as an acoustic folk duo by Ian Hunt (drums) and Michael Hunter (vocals/electric violin/keys), Hunt for Hunter found some initial success playing in small bars, cafés and colleges around the Northeast. They occasionally experimented with hiring additional players to play Hunter’s heavier, less folksy material, but lacking a clear sense of direction the band eventually came to a crossroads in the winter of 2018.
The choice was simple, to take the easy, safer path and continue on as a folk duo, or go for broke and attempt the impossible: form a successful, original rock ‘n roll band in NYC. They chose the latter, and as luck would have it, Chris Kelly (bass) and Patrick Brennan (guitar) were ready and waiting to sign on. All four members had actually played with each other before through their day jobs as professional freelance musicians. Equipped with a considerable level of proficiency and unified by their desire to play exciting, original music they began writing and rehearsing in earnest.
Drawing inspiration from diverse influences like Queens Of The Stone Age, Soundgarden, Radiohead, Nine Inch Nails, and more modern bands like Manchester Orchestra, The Dear Hunter and Nothing But Thieves, the quartet set upon their mission to create an ambitious yet accessible sound. The result is a band that successfully combines the raw emotion and energy of rock ‘n roll with the intricate orchestrations and virtuosity of classical music. Now poised to share their music with the world, Hunt for Hunter is proud to carry the label “symphonic rock.”
New Delhi based Indian Folk Metal band BLOODYWOOD has released the official music video for their single, “Endurant.” The viral metal trio first caught their US fans’ attention with their metal rendition of the Indian folk song “Ari Ari,” but has developed a sustained base of hard core followers with blistering original tracks fusing traditional Indian instrumentation with brutal guitars and mixed vocal stylings.
“‘Endurant’ is a song for those who’ve faced or continue to face bullying in any aspect of life. We wanted to be as realistic and practical as possible with our message, which is why the song urges to endure and come out stronger rather than retaliate or fight back with force. The video, while maintaining the message of the song, also tries to establish that bullies are not another breed.” – Karan Katiyar
Hard Rock Graphic Novel Art Project SEPTEMBER MOURNING has released the official music video for their newest single, “Glass Animals.”
”’Glass Animals’ is about the fragmented soul. It’s about the realization that we are all broken. Something or someone has broken us and within that broken state we ultimately find the strength to survive. Musically, it’s a little bit of a tribute to one of our favorite bands: The Deftones. The song ties into the comic book as well…. Hannah is a broken soul who, through the help of September and Claire, finds the strength to face her personal demons and live again.” – Emily Lazar (Founder)
Shortly after Glass Animals drops, Image Comics is releasing September Mourning The Complete Collection co-created by Lazar and Marc Silvestri, co-written by Mariah McCourt and David Hine, illustrated by Sumeyye Kesgin and Tina Valentino and published by Top Cow. “In a world where Reapers prey on the souls of the living, imprisoning them in the shadow-land of Mortem, there is one last hope for humanity…. September Mourning” describes Lazar. The graphic novel will be sold in comic stores, books stores (Barnes & Noble) nationwide and on Amazon.
To support the release of the graphic novel and new music, September Mourning will be hitting the road, supporting Smile Empty Soul. Before and after the dates, the band will also be doing a handful of headline shows that will be announced soon. Doing this tour the band will also be stopping by local comic retailers for special meet and greets and acoustic performances.

“September Mourning’s debut album (Volume II) and comic books (A Murder of Reapers/ The Hand of Fate) tells an epic tale of “heartbreak, loss, pain, joy, love, redemption, but most of all, courage…” while the comic books chronicle the first chapter of her story.” Produced by Sahaj Ticotin and Howard Benson, September Mourning revives the concept of rock star meets superhero. If Marilyn Manson and X-Men’s Storm had a kid, it would be September Mourning, who also cites influences as varied as Motionless In White, Disturbed, and Muse.
“For me, the project is a story, a theatrical art piece,” September explains. “Music is the backbone, but for this to work, it has to include the imagery and the narrative all symbiotically linked into the whole. Music taps into your innermost being. There’s something very intimate and personal about it.”
The character of September Mourning is a human-reaper hybrid, who feels the need to give some human souls a second chance, and thus toys with Fate. To expound on this narrative, September is working with iconic comic book artist Marc Silvestri, who started out on the original X-Men comics and went on to form Top Cow Productions (Witchblade, The Darkness). Together, they are putting together the story of September Mourning in graphic form, to accompany, and enhance the musical message.
Having performed at large festivals like Rock on the Range and Download Festival and shared the stage with acts like Marilyn Manson and Avatar, September Mourning has already built up an impressive fan base, which she calls her “Children of Fate,” constantly encouraging them to have “the courage to embrace their passion… to allow yourself to follow your heart and not be a slave to your fears. To know that the only boundaries that exist in our lives are the ones we allow.””The next chapter of September Mourning’s journey begins with their debut single “Empire”which will accompany the 3rd comic book in the series, “Trinity”

Farewell To Fear was born out of the huge black hole that mainstream rock radio left during the absence of super rock stars like Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, and Soundgarden. The band revisits that era with big rock riffs, big choruses and big anthems for a new generation of mainstream rockers.
With their first full-length album, New Blood co-produced with Brett Hestla (Dark New Day & Creed), the group generated an incredible three singles on Sirius XM’s Octane channel, an unheard-of feat for an unknown band. This also landed them at #1 on Amazon’s Hot New Rock Singles chart and #8 on iTunes Rock chart. Their debut also earned them direct support from Howard Stern, including the rarest of moments on Stern’s show… airing an entire song as opposed to the normal 20 second snippet he usually shares. Due to this enormous amount of support, the track “Diamonds” reached a most impressive 1 million streams on Spotify.
Inspired by the recording process of their most recent EP Legacy the band started writing and recording relentlessly, ultimately allowing them to seamlessly merge their skills and styles together to create heavy rock songs that deliver a strong punch to the gut while staying melodic and delivering impactful lyrics hitting all ranges and octaves.
Their latest album Voices released by Pavement Entertainment and produced by Damien Starkey (Puddle is Mudd, Burn Season) has further solidified the band’s position in the rock community.
Farewell to Fear have been supporting the Voices album on tour with Fozzy, Jared James Nichols and Deadset Society in Canada and with Like a Storm and Palisades in the US.
The first single off the album “Underneath My Skin” broke the top 30 position on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Indicator Charts.
Undeniably, Farewell to Fear has a full rock assault planned for 2019!”

Andrew Douglas of San Antonio based Progressive Rock Band RECREATING EDEN has released the official music video for their cover of the PAT BENATAR classic, “Love Is a Battlefield.”
“This is a cover video that has been in the works for a couple months now and we are excited to finally share it with the world. The band is getting ready to release our debut album in 2019 and we think it’s going to put Recreating Eden on the map for music lovers everywhere. Be on the lookout for Recreating Eden’s “Tomb 1: Awaken” – RECREATING EDEN.
Originally founded in late 2011, Cameron Stahl and Frankie Cortinas set out to build something innovative and new, while still holding emotion and keeping the music honest, as to be more universally received. Their complex guitar melodies, yet relatable rhythms, have done just that. Lead vocalist, Andrew Douglas, came into the scene in late 2012. He brought an incredible voice to wonderfully front the band. His voice has caught the attention of many and brought an unmatched and exciting layer to the overall sound. Steven Rodriguez came into the picture in early 2015. His impressive drum lines have solidified and enhanced the power of what this band has intended with their music since day 1. Recreating Eden is the new face of Progressive rock. Prepare for a new twist on music.
Del Norte, CO based Singer / Songwriter GRAYSON ERHARD a stunning music video for “Introvert,” off of his November 2nd released EP, Earthship. Originally premiered on mxdwn, “Introvert” was directed and filmed by Jason Lee Denton.
“‘Introvert’ is a reflection of the internal struggles of an introvert, outlining battles with constant bombardment of social situations and wanting to get back to solitude, but ultimately becoming comfortable in one’s own skin. Personally, it’s a musical observation of what I see living with and loving an introvert.”- Grayson Erhard
“Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Grayson Erhard recently released a five song EP titled EARTHSHIP. The album is an eclectic offering with songs that touch on everything from folk to hard rock, all through the lens of his masterful guitar playing. Today, we’re excited to premiere a video for the last song on that EP, a richly-arranged acoustic-rock number called ‘Introvert.’” – Matt Matasci – mxdwn
Colorado-based musician Grayson Erhard’s “Introvert” video is a visual romance to the introverts, the lovers of them, and the parts of ourselves that need solace.
The video, which dropped today following the release of Erhard sophomore album and EP EARTHSHIP, reflects a more mysterious, somber aesthetic compared to his recent “Tell Me No” video.
“‘Introvert’ reflects the times when I feel best alone,” Erhard said. “It’s about the welcome isolation that comes when everything else is overwhelming. And, yet, how we’re all connected by our desire to pull away from society and into ourselves, at times.”
Like much of the EP, “Introvert” marks a distinct shift toward a full-band, lyrically-focused style and away from Erhard’s previously undressed, stand-alone acoustic sound.
In it, Erhard has weaved together the percussive style of his early love of Metal and the technically complex percussive guitar style that colored his early career with a more dreamy, indie rock sound. He purposefully plays with and disrupts the common chord progressions of pop music, while complimenting distinct harmonics with EARTHSHIP co-writer Bannigrin’s drum lines.
The video was directed by Jason Lee Denton, produced by Schuyler Howie, and features Aliegh Sheilds. It was shot on location at a beautiful home outside of Nashville, TN.
